^
same here. I am 18, though. But… parents. lolz

Yeah our countries are neighbours after all. =)

My parents are cool. They say they’ll teach as soon as my boards get over! yaay. 5 months to go. :D

Though i might end up replacing the driver then. :/

18 also happens to be the driving age requirement in Singapore (where I used to live). Perhaps the “age 16 requirement” is only an American thing, though I’ve heard that it’s also the same in Canada.

ahhhh should i click submit on the supplement??? toughest decision ever.

^go for it!

@ ripemango: If you think it’s ready, then by all means :D

SUBMIT SUBMIT SUBMIT. Also, I made it home safe and sound. No worries But seriously, I’m driving like half the time I’m posting. Such a bad habit to make :P

And it’s so weird to think about not being able to drive! I’d die without my license- I’m always out and about! Though I definitely understand why people aren’t allowed to drive til 18 in other countries because I am an AWFUL driver. I’m like the stereotypical teen driver- texting, loud music, doing her makeup, driving too fast, etc. Probably not a safe person to have out on the road :P

Naah it’s not that bad. In my country at least. We have drivers so it’s not like we’re restricted. That is awful. You are a danger to meet on the road. :)

I know, I know! But I’ve never gotten in an accident and only been pulled over twice, so I have a pretty good record so far Either way, you probably don’t wanna be asking me for rides if we end up in college together You guys will probably end up in tears praying that I don’t kill you.

Haha, I can’t drive yet but I plan to get my license around Thanksgiving break. I think I will get into some accident if my mom lets me drive in the morning, I’m such a zombie. I have no clue how drivers do it xD

Hi, I’m clearly new. But I’m curious as to whether or not everyone else is constantly thinking about December 15. If not, I’m worried for myself.

You just described me! I’m sure you’re not alone :)

Forget about it all you can, guys! It’s over and done with and there are many more things to do between now and then! After submitting my Stanford app, I immediately went on to filling out other apps. There’s always more to do!

Haha that’s a good idea. But honestly, I did all two of the supplement essays and my common app essay the night of Oct. 15 when it was due. Procrastination is my biggest flaw. I was tempted to put it as one of the five words that described me. Hahah.

I just can’t procrastinate with my college apps… Everything else I can because I know it doesn’t matter in the long run, but not this. I’m just possessed by this crazy drive to work on them all the time. How long do y’all think you worked on your Stanford app? (Common app+Stanford supplement)

The Stanford Supplement is the toughest. Princeton is a close second.
