<p>I know this will sound rough but, I wanted Stanford to lose to Oregon. If Stanford won, then they would have leapfrogged Alabama in the poll, and if Oklahoma State lost to Oklahoma, then Stanford would play in the National Championship game against LSU or Alabama. If that happened, Stanford would embarrass themselves. We would not be able to score against either of those defenses, and Alabama and LSU could just pound the ball down our throats with Trent Richardson (Alabama), or Alfred Blue and Lacy (LSU). Not to mention, LSU has the best defense in the country and they would pick off every throw from Andrew Luck, because the receivers can’t catch. I would predict Stanford losing by 40+ in the game, which would be an embarrassment to Stanford University and that would be Luck’s last game.</p>
<p>WHY THE EFFFFFF is the css profile thing due the on Tuesday!!! Wth!!! Looks like i’m not getting any financial aid assuming I even get in… but seriously ***, I checked like other schools like MIT and theirs are not due until February or March.</p>

<p>^^^Stanfordcs ***. Why would you ever want your team to lose. Ever. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard. Luck himself stayed at Stanford to not only get his architectural degree, but he also wanted a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. The players want to get there, same with the fans, no matter the outcome. You are no fan. Fans stick with their team all the way to the end and don’t hope for their team to lose.</p>

<p>mytuesdaysmile, not filling out the CSS profile might not guaranteed you to receive your financial aid offer by December 15 for REA. Your application is unaffected but your financial aid offer might be delayed.</p>

<p>I know Andrew Luck is very intelligent. But does anyone know how smart most other athletes at Stanford are? Do they have to get a certain SAT score to get an athletic scholarship?</p>
<p>Athletes generally have to meet academic requirements/be fit for the university to get in. High enough grades and scores so they can do work at Stanford. No idea what that number is though.</p>

<p>StanfordCS, your logic about Stanford not making the National Championship is completely flawed. Seriously, Stanford would rather be in the National Championship and lose badly than not be in it all. It’s good for Stanford’s future football program whether they win or lose.</p>
<p>Stanford CSS Profile is due Tuesday by 11:59 EASTERN TIME!! Stanford deadline is on their applications section under deadlines and also on financial aid front paige - very easy to find. I’ve been working all day, but should be quicker if finances are straightforward. There is lots of estimating this year and next, so if income is stable and predictable it should be quicker, but if you’ve had changes or will have changes it can take much longer.</p>
