I got an email for rutgers.
My interview was with rutgers, and they further cut from that applicant pool and send the remaining to interview at NJMS. so basically an interview to interview.
And i meant 10 get accepted to the program.
@Lucky139 when is your Penn State/Jefferson interview? How did you receive the notification of the interview date? My D got a letter regarding the interview but no date was mentioned.

@ramchand she got a letter dated Jan. 7th from Penn State about the Jefferson interview. Also the my penn state portal changed on the same day telling her about the interview.
CO88DAD - We have not received anything. Portal says - reviewing application - Do not know what is happening

People tell me that “Oh that’s an amazing SAT score, you’ll get in anywhere”. And to tell you the truth Idk how I got it either, well I did work hard… But hey Idk what the admission committee looks at… You don’t need 2250+ to be called for an interview… and Vice Versa. I think it will help, I hope… :o3
There is only ONE Penn State interview date, guys.
@lifeishard I do think you can get an interview! Apparently they really like if you have experience and stories to tell about med. I knew someone who got in but chose another school over it. He didn’t have the greatest SATs but he had a story to tell. The SAT will certainly help!! 
@hopefulbsmd I haven’t heard anything from NJMS after my TCNJ interview. Have you? I was told it would take a few weeks to hear anything.
Has anyone heard from BU? They said that they would continue sending out interview calls but nobody I know has received one in the last few weeks.
For anyone wondering about Rutgers BA/MD, I got this from their website:
After November 1st, BA/MD applicants can expect:
File Review: Admissions will review all students who applied. Those applicants who met the minimum criteria and submitted completed portfolios by November 1st will then be reviewed by Pre-Professional Services for consideration into the BA/MD Program. This does take some time to do, your patience is appreciated. Applicants will be notified of the status of their file via email. Please check the email account you provided on the Rutgers University application regularly for BA/MD status updates.
Rutgers Interview: Applicants with the strongest credentials will be interviewed in-person or by telephone while at school or at home by early February. Not all applicants are guaranteed an interview, but you will be notified of your status in the BA/MD review process regardless.
NJMS Interview: Should Rutgers recommend the applicant, the medical school will review the credentials and may consider the applicant for an in-person interview by late March.
So I guess for those of us that haven’t heard anything, they’re probably still processing our application.
