<p>Hey guys I remember seeing a comment saying that OOS students basically have no hope if they miss the Oct. 15 deadline and apply by the Nov. 1st deadline to UMKC (I don’t remember if it was this thread or a different one). However, that is not the case. Here’s what the BA/MD application website says: </p>

<p>OCTOBER 15: EARLY NOTIFICATION DEADLINE</p>
<p>Students who submit all applications and application materials by this deadline will be notified of their interview status by late-December. In order to be considered complete by the Early Notification Deadline, the following applications and application materials must be submitted by October 15:</p>
<p>General Application for Admission to UMKC,
School of Medicine Online Supplemental Application,
High school transcripts,
ACT/SAT scores,
Complete reference forms from at least three recommenders.
NOVEMBER 1: FINAL APPLICATION DEADLINE</p>
<p>------------> For those students who do not meet the October 15 Early Notification Deadline, all applications and application materials must be submitted by November 1 (this includes reference forms, high school transcript, and test scores). Applications that become complete after the November 1 deadline will be reviewed with other late applicants and only if space is available. Applications that remain incomplete will not be considered for admission.</p>

<p>Just felt that it was necessary to be reposted due to some misunderstanding. I know it did not specify anything about the admission rates of OOS students.</p>
