New development. Now when I use my back arrow, it sometimes takes me totally out of this site, and back to a site I haven’t used in a couple if days. I’m using an iPad…this is all very odd.
New development here, too. I always stay signed on so clicking my CC bookmark icon should take me right to the forums and I should be automatically logged on. But starting yesterday and continuing to this morning, on both my Windows PC and Macbook, I clicked the bookmark icon and CC opened up with me logged out. I had to sign on with username and password. CC lost the “keep me signed on” function.
Just call me a slow study! I cannot use the back arrow reliably and not get logged out. So…I’ve learned. I won’t use the back arrow.

The log out problem is really odd. I am on a Mac desktop and do not get logged out. Sometimes when I visit CC from my iPad (through Safari, not the app) when the CC home page appears, I am not logged in, but when I just click on the College Discussion tab, that page shows up with me logged in?
Is anyone besides ML even bothering to read these? I feel bad that she gets so many complaints with seemingly no support.
The logout issues have been going on since the downgrade and I think it’s been “fixed” at least three times. How can a system be THIS dysfunctional?
I think Maine Longhorn must have drawn the short straw to get chosen as moderator of this thread. 
Several of the tech people used to be really quick to respond to tech issues. Guess they’ve deserted us right along with Roger.
I don’t mind! I passed along the log-out reports, so the tech people know about them. I just wish there was more I could do!
Another deserter here. My apologies to ML for leaving her with such a burden, my one regret upon shedding moderator responsibilities.
ML is currently close to the lone Moderator dealing with the day to day workings of CC AND showing some real concern for the CC community (as opposed to empty words). Kudos to her ^:)^ .
Well…I now have something new. NOW when I hit the back arrow, I’m taken to the first post in the thread I was reading. I guess that is an upgrade from being logged off.
So mods have been quitting? I would expect that, with the difficulties with the new format that continue, although the question has been asked and was never answered. So is ML one of the few volunteer mods at all anymore at CC? Does CC care?
I had stopped reading this thread, so don’t know if this has been reported. But if an offending post is too long, you can’t flag/report it. The reporting process says the message is more than x characters long (don’t remember the exact number), and it won’t report. So there is a jerk out posting garbage in College Search & Selection that I can’t report. And I think this is a defect that should be fixed…
You should send CC something through the help screens. I can’t remember how I found it but they eventually responded to my issue.
