@Mick96 You are right that is what has happened in the past no clue what is going on this year but if the restriction date for @TonyStark93 is more recent than ours he might be the first one to figure it out?

@madlion21 @TonyStark93 What my understanding of it is that once your restrictions updates to a more recent date (rather than the date from when your application was processed which yours has been updated) that means they have come to a decision for you (acceptance, SGR or rejection). IF your stars audit report doesn’t update/get filled out within the next few days that means rejection. What I mean by it being filled out is that it will have your major and the term that you were accepted to (fall 2015 or spring 2016). In your case, it appears that USC has came to a decision on your application JUST today (what are the odds) and if you’re stars audit report isn’t filled out within the next few days that means rejection.
@TonyStark93 Agree no false hopes but this is exciting you’re the first I’ve heard of with an update on oasis…mine has a red error code and no graph that’s typical no news. Do you see a date like Fall 2015? Are there any classes in your course cart?
@madlion21 Yeah mine is similar to yours, it hasn’t updated yet.

So at this point I’m basically hoping for something to pop up on my Stars Audit Report I guess :S
Edit: How many days should I be waiting for something like my major to pop up on my stars audit report? Cause it was just updated today at 4pm.

I got a SGR today and my Oasis did not change. I have 2/10 on my restrictions thingy.

Does a spring grade request mean I got in as long as I don’t screw up my finals? Or am I still competing for spots.
@TonyStark93 I want to say you’re in as well; however, the most definite way to know that you’re accepted is when it includes your major in the starts audit report. It is a good sign that it has Fall 2015 though, but continue to wait and check to see if your major pops up in there. Good luck, keep us updated!

How do you get on to Oasis. Should it be accessible to everyone who applied?
- Google USC Oasis
- Your username is your USC ID (Found both in YouSC and emails from financial aid office)
- Your password is your birthday in either MMDDYYYY or MMDDYY. Not sure which.
My friend called admissions today and he asked what it REALLY meant to get a Spring Grade Request and the counselor told him that they just want to see his progress.
