Has anyone gotten a rejection email yet?

@aquapt the engineering majors have very high standards, and the vast majority of students who are not directly admitted to an engineering major as freshmen should consider where they place academically in relation to the overall class of enrolled students to determine whether they should feel confident about entering their desired majors in a year or two.
@carlynn2017 I’m assuming they updaye tonight at 12 or so, then we probably won’t get the next update till Monday. Because I heard they don’t do updates on weekends, but I could be wrong. GOODLUCK to everyone!
I think it will be updated tonight and then after that Sunday midnight.

Hey guys. I checked my portal this morning and something popped up on my screen, but I accidentally closed it before I could read anything. I immediately opened my portal, but the thing was gone. Now it is just asking me to start planning what classes I want to choose for next year. Is anybody else in the same situation? I did not receive a letter or an email yet.
@pleasantondad Yeah, I live in Seattle and a few friends and I received our acceptance letters today in the mail.
Has anyone from out of state recieved a letter in the mail?

@collegestress404 I’m in the same position, none of my portals are giving any indication of anything but I also haven’t received a rejection email…
Do you think rejection emails will be sent at midnight tonight? Or will they start being sent throughout the day tomorrow?
@collegemaniac17 I know some schools send out acceptances first and then later send denials and waitlists after…hopefully that isnt the case! maybe we will get our letter before the portal shows us
I doubt they will all be sent at the same time for the first batch. just check in the morning. @ssss434

My transcript does load and it says that my college is “Engineering” and major is “Pre-Engineering”, however, when, I click on “International Freshman Application: autumn quarter 2017”, it still says “Thank you for applying for admission to the Seattle campus of the University of Washington for autumn quarter 2017. We will inform you when a decision is made on your application.” Can someone confirm if the transcript “hack” actually works? Have I really been admitted? If so, when can I expect it to change to something like “Congratulations”? Anybody else having the same issue?
