Admissions Decisions will be coming out between March 1st and March 15th. If you do not hear from us on March 1st, don’t worry. It takes awhile to contact over 45,000 applicants!
@UWadmissionstaff is the date for emails sent to denied applicants random as well? so even if i didn’t get an email today, it doesn’t mean i wasn’t denied, am i correct?
@hardworker26 no, no one will receive decisions until next week. We advertise the range of March 1-15 as we are never quite sure when we’ll have final selection finished. We are close, but it’s looking like next week as of now.
It’s frustrating that they give a range of dates for when decisions will be posted. I would have much rather they just say March 15 instead of March 1-15 so I’m not constantly checking my email for an update.
@UWadmissionstaff, as a anxious student I am a little puzzled when the decisions will be released, because you are saying next week, and that it’s just advertised as 3/1-3/15. Can you please tell us when you post the decisions on this thread to avoid confusion? Also, thank you for answering questions.
@Bobby_SK As already mentioned, our admissions notification window was advertised March 1st through March 15th, meaning decisions can come out anytime during that period. We are letting you know that during this window, we expect to start releasing decisions sometime next week!
