My D has not received the letter either, only acceptance notice in her portal. We are OOS too.

Hi guys, we just got back from visiting the campus. Nice weather but the cherry blossoms hadn’t bloomed yet. Everyone that was there and was just admitted stated they didn’t get their letter in the mail yet. AO still says they mailed them out March 7th but I am struggling to believe that all of them went out because the Pony Express was faster. They even have a huge post office on campus!
We noticed our portal update on 3/8 and received the letter today.
No mention of any aid in the letter.

Finally got my letter ~50mi from Seattle, direct admit to Foster. No financial aid or scholarships included. Will be committing this week even though I’m still waiting on USC. Go dawgs!!!
We live 15 miles from campus and received the letter today.
My son got a purple and gold scholarship in the mail today in his acceptance letter. We live in Oregon.
Anyone know why they asked us for semester grades? Can y’all ask your counselors and report back? Mine is kind of useless

Accepted pre-sci, wanted CS, will appeal, otherwise it might be a deal breaker.
GPA 3.97 UW, 4.6 W
ACT 34
SAT subject tests: 780 physics, 750 Math, 750 English
AP math: 5
Full IB diploma
ECs: 4 years varsity rowing, went to Nationals twice (but is a lightweight, so he couldn’t row at UW, there is a local club)
Led on gun control walkout.at his school and worked on computer stuff for the national movement
Volunteered tutoring math and was a jr counselor at local youth ecology summer camp
He got $6600/ year for 4 years from the purple and gold, but as I said, being able to study computer science is very important! Does anyone know the statistcs of an OOS student getting in on appeal?
@Cobrador Thanks. Similar academic stats to my daughter, and she’s hoping to hear about PG when her letter arrives. She got pre-science as well, but her requested major doesn’t have a direct path, so she was going to be pre-science anyhow.
Has anyone applied for honors program?? I’m so nervous about getting in.
So is Purple and Gold in the letter that comes home, but not on the Portal?
@sunnyschool that’s what people have said so far. Can someone who has received the Purple and Gold Scholarship confirm if they can see that information on their portal or not?
acceptance letter is in the mail scan for me today, I live in SoCal (60 miles from LA and 70 miles from SD)
