<p>Just got rejected from Wesleyan today. And I don’t think I’m going to make it into W&L. Oh well, today just really sucks.</p>

<p>I’m a Johnson Scholar so I’m not waiting for my decision tonight, but good luck to everyone! You’ll all end up somewhere great :)</p>

<p>Gosh, we’d almost forgotten all about this. DS has committed to another school (which gave him a full ride because he’s a National Merit Finalist – none of this “holistic” cr*p, LOL). So, W & L has fallen off our radar screen. It will be interesting to see whether DS gets in, though, so I guess we’ll check.</p>

<p>For thoses Wait Listed at W&L my thought is that they, and schools like them, put lots of students on the WL. If you have real interest, send them a reply about that ASAP. They took a lot of kids from the WL last year as did many high quality schools. At this point, interest IS important. Trust me I went through this with my son last year.</p>

<p>International student. Waitlisted. Maybe it was because I had asked for an immense amount of FA (almost 40K).
Second waitlist today and no acceptances yet.
I’m honestly starting to get frustated.
Maybe Middlebury will be nice to me, and accept me? :)</p>
