<p>Not really bothered… But it sure isn’t a nerve-soother. I didn’t show any interest, so I might have come off as one of those “headed elsewhere” students (i.e. Ivies, etc), but there’s also no way of knowing it wasn’t just because I wasn’t good enough. Honestly, I’m pretty confident in myself, though, so overall this decision feels neutral. Not necessarily a good sign, but not necessarily a bad sign either. It could be either.</p>
<p>I’ve gotten 3 acceptances already but I was really hoping for Wash U.
Anyone know the acceptance rate or how many people were accepted off of waitlists last year?</p>

<p>I think “waitlisted” is going to be a common refrain this year. Record number of apps at numerous high quality schools… the schools know that the extremely high quality app pool they are seeing is somewhat illusory.</p>
