<p>I got a gazillion brochures from them… including a really large viewbook in the mail, because I opted to receive them online. Does that count for anything?</p>

<p>when i called to schedule my interview the guy on the phone said that there were no more available in my area, but he would put in a note in my file that i called and was interested in an interview, and he told me that will benefit me. see, i’m pretty sure that little stuff like that means a huge deal to them. and that makes sense, because that way they know you’re not just using them as you “ivy backup”</p>
<p>yeah, I heard that they want demonstrated interested. Unfortunately I don’t remember ever showing any interest at all. Never visited, never requested an interview… Oh well.</p>

<p>Seeing that WashU’s notification dates hover around March 10th for the past three years, we should hear from them by the end of this week…maybe even today <em>crosses fingers</em></p>
<p>Dawncoming, have you read any of the previous posts? lol This whole tread is basically on how they are coming out soon since typically WUSTL likes to send out their decisions before the Ivies and other schools so they have more time to lure you in, so to speak. Hoping its today, but kind of dreading it too!</p>
<p>Yeah dawn, they pretty much have to notify everyone by April 1. They agree to those rules within the association they belong to. So almost no school actually waits until April 1, most start a couple weeks before, many even sooner.</p>

<p>The wait is so painful and such an energy-sucker. I almost wish it was a universal April 1 for all schools. (BTW: who the heck thought April Fools Day was an appropriate day for such important news???). Let’s hope the WUSTL system can cope with all of us who are checking in every few minutes…and let’s hope the news, when it comes is GREAT. Good luck everyone!</p>

<p>actually ivies are coming out the 31st not the first, my friend got a likely letter from columbia and they said all the decisions would come out the 31st…so i guess saying it is coming out april 1st was an april fools joke :P</p>

<p>Jamie, stop checking every 10 minutes and psyching yourself out. Lol it’ll just make it seem like longer. I believe If they post decisions today it will be at 5 pm EST so check around then.</p>
