If I have an option to upload “post-decision materials” does that mean I chose to remain on the waitlist? I already emailed office of admissions.</p>

But, I haven’t yet recevied any sort of confirmation regarding my placement on the waitlist. My UChicago account shows that green mark beside the ‘Reply to Wait-list’ caption but I am not yet sure whether I’m placed on the wait or not.
