OFFICIAL Wellesley Early Evaluation Waiting Thread! (Class of 2016!)

Now that it’s February we should have an official countdown or something! Only 3 weeks until we get our evaluations…who’s pumped?

I’m sure everyone is. Best of luck to everyone and I hope that all of us will be part of the Class of 2016!

Less than 20 days!!! We can do this!

Good luck ladies! We can’t wait to meet those of you who come to Wellesley in the fall! And for everyone who goes elsewhere, it will be awesome! College is though, but so rewarding!

16 days!!!

15 more days:D

Only two weeks until EE decisions are out, yet I fear I will perish before then. I just wanna know!!! My other friends knew where they were going to college in december (state colleges) and got on with their lives. I feel left out. Haha.

@crayonwax it’s okay! I haven’t heard from any colleges yet and all my friends are getting accepted. We’ll just hope for the best :D

Cant wait no longer! Lol. Any chance they’d post results early…? Just wondering…

I’ve been checking almost every day just in case, but so far nothing yet. The life of a second semester senior…

@penguin369: Oh I know! I’ve been slacking off in school and bored to death second semester… I wish we could just graduate and go off to college already!

@StarbucksBarista
Really? I’m actually enjoying my last semester of high school. I feel like I missed out on the high school experience, so I’m savoring every last drop of high school I can get :D

@UFOninja: Well in terms of extra-curricular activities, I’m milking all that I can! I joined a Future Business Leaders of America recently and I’m going to state for six competitions. I’m also learning tennis and trying out for my school’s team! Also now that academics have taken a back seat, my social life is thriving! However, sitting in class for six hours every day is quite dreadful hahah.

Happy Valentines Day (only 8 more days!) ; )

Only 7 days and a little less than 12 hours left!

Now that it’s so close my nerves are really starting to kick in…

Super excited to hear back in a week or so from Wellesley! But it’s actually the only all-female school I applied to; I mostly applied to small, east-coast liberal arts schools. Out of curiosity, what are some of the coed places people applied to?

MIT, Claremont McKenna, University of Washington

Willamette University, Vassar College, Sarah Lawrence College, and Southwestern University.

Swarthmore, Gtown, Harvard (haha), Wash U in St. Louis, ASU Barrett, Boston College, Northeastern.

U Michigan, New York University, Columbia University, Princeton University. Columbia and Princeton are more “well, on the hilarious chance that I got in, they’d give me great financial aid” side of things, U of M because a local scholarship is guaranteed to pay 100% of my tuition there, and NYU because of the writing program. With regard to my first choice of school, I’m pretty torn between Wellesley and Barnard. Anyone else feeling that way?
