hahahha im so excited!!!!

by the way.. did all of you do ED?
you too amber??

I feel ya, flying_pig (wow, it felt weird typing that!). I hate football. It's sort of a mutual dislike, really. I tend to drop the football or fall down during football games in gym, so I guess football hates me, too.

zhlee: I don't mean to pry, but would you mind posting your stats? I'm curious (read: a nervous wreck) to see what Wesleyan has accepted so far. :-)

Its just one more week, its not too bad, this week flew by for me so hopefully in no time it will be Monday the 15th and I will be musing over my Wesleyan acceptance letter with my smoking jacket and pipe in front of a roaring fire in my English Manor...

Yeah, this week flew by for me too!
There were musical auditions (for Once Upon a Mattress) that lasted 3 days, and callbacks are posted tomorrow. So that anxiety kind of clouded my Wesleyan anxiety (partially), which was actually refreshing.

The football thing really applies to all sports, for me. (Except ping-pong and yo-yo and other nerdy sports, which are okay). We have a hate-hate relationship :)

Hey hey, not like football players is one thing, but not liking Rowers come on, we are so cool, always shirtless in spandex holding a nalgene, how can it get any better? And plus we are normally rather down to earth, humble, and personable, but the spandex and shirtlessness is the main reason to love us...

When I lived on the west coast my school was like AWESOME at it, like really ridiculous we won some huge thing every year or something in some division... (you can see how much I understand sports), but it isn't quite so popular where I am now (the South).

The day after I applied, I went and got the mail and there was something from Wes (turned out to be just a generic brochurey thing) and I held the envelope and my heart was pounding and I was like "omg omg they've reviewed my app already???"
Hahah I get irrational...

NEW RULE: the first person to receive a letter (accept/reject/defer/etc/anything) from wes has to post say so here immediately so we can all become especially anticipatory.

Has anyone else gotten any emails from the financial aid office or did you all send that in with your app?? But yea I've been on and off with the freak outs, sometimes I'm confident and other times I'm not at all, I was especially freakin' out when Wesleyan called my councelors office and asked my first quarter grades...

Ooh, does that mean that Wesleyan asks for all ED applicants' first quarter grades? I sent mine in since I got straight A's, but I was afraid it would be overkill and annoy the admissions officers. I feel so much better now! :-)

I got straight As too, but I didn't send mine in (didn't even know we could... I don't think my school does that, maybe).
Hopefully it won't hurt me!
