Oh hell yeah

Ok, so heres my story.

November, went for a visit at PSU, got a letter 2 weeks later saying I got into Altoona. Re applied for DUS and a summer session, and got denied by phone and letter on 1/31/11, the same day I enrolled in Purdue.

Well guess what I just got in the mail today? My PSU acceptance letter! Haha.

Has anyone else had anything like this happen to them? I was so confused by it.

Also, at Purdue, they had something called the Boilermaker VIP package, which included tickets for EVERY home sporting event. Does Penn Sate ahve something like this? Even if it is just Football/Basketball games?

One thing you should know about Penn State, there’s no such thing as free. I’d be shocked if they did something similar to the Purdue VIP you discussed.

Sorry I got confused the VIP package is free? or you have to pay an amount of money that is cheaper than getting all the tickets?

Congrats Cooper1234! Are still planning on attending without a NROTC scholarship?

The VIP Package was $250, so nowhere near free, haha, but it came with home tickets to every sporting event, so it would pay for itself by the end of football season.

aglages- Thank you, and yep. Im still waiting on the army board, which I should hear from soon, but if I dont get that, im gonna enroll in the nrotc college program.
