yay! I did the rolleyes!!!

Post some A's from SOUTH CAMPUS UPPER DIVISION courses please.

4.0 first quarter

beginner's luck? ;)

30A your first quarter here?

.. I got a B in ChE102A

I'm really happy.

^Is that considered good for ChE classes? Worries

you're all nerds omg

Duh, it's CC.

I'm sure you are a nerd too.

Yep. A soulless grade-grubbing freak.

hey, i got two of my grades, but still waiting on the other class. when i go to ursa, the lecture doesnt have a grading type for that class, and its just left blank. And my gpa is calculated with only the first two classes, 8 units. When i really took 12.

What happened?

thanks

never in my life have i been this happy to recieve b's :)

sparky123: It just means the professor has not inputted the grade yet. This happened to me summer quarter. Things were adjusted later on.

i took chem 20's during summer @ ucla

For ShirleyxY:

Chem 153L: A

Unfortunately, that's the only A that I can report in an upper division science class this quarter... :-(

Chem 153B: B
Mus Hist 135A: A

I soo should've been a north campus major...

You'd have a 4.0 if you did!

No, but I was really unprepared for it. I hadn't take 33B and I passed physics 1C by pure chance. And I'm a second year; that was my first upper div, and I felt lost all the time. Most of hte other people had taken 100 already, and I hadn't.

The class was curved to a B-, with ~40 people.

I've never got any A's in biochemistry. I didn't even get an A in easy a$$ course like public health 150. I was 1% from that A.

UCLA is not for me.

Courey is a really good teacher though. The best thing is he picked my poem and read it in the class.

That was actually my first A in a UD class for biochem... which kinda sucks...

I agree about Courey though. He was pretty good. I'm sure if I had worked harder I could've gotten the A... I mean Wiam pretty much told us EXACTLY what was on the exam during her reviews. And I suppose it would've helped had I actually remembered to write the poem... opps...

PS - what classes are you taking this next quarter? I had a heck of a time finding classes that didn't conflict with one another.
