Any parent thinking about having their student attend OSU should definitely be aware that the Ohio legislature is working very hard to make it so that anyone can carry a gun on an Ohio campus:

This isn’t just an OSU issue, this is an issue for all college campuses in Ohio.
My original post specified that information. But today pro-gun demonstrators actually walked through OSU’s campus carrying their guns. Yuck.
I saw some of the people walking on campus promoting guns. I actually almost called the Police on them. These people looked like students (who can’t even have mace on campus, let alone assault rifles). I won’t push my political beliefs out, but a university is no place for firearms.
