no. i haven't even visited the campus yet. I'll have to go there during spring break, coz so far it has the highest finaid. It's one of my 3 top choices. </p>

<p>number of international students means nothing. of course there're smart ones and not so smart ones and i assumed those going to owu are left over, they simply cant get in anywhere else.</p>
