Depends what schools you want to go to. Going to any top schools will be a challenge, but you can definitely get into college. Work really hard next year to bring that GPA up and get a good standardized testing score. You might want to also expand your extracurriculars.
There are many wonderful schools that would love to have you. You can do a search for colleges that offer your major of interest. You arent going to be applying to any tippy top colleges, but there are fine shcools you can go to. Here is a list to get you started. https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/rankings/national-universities/a-plus
There are also several long-running threads on this website, such as “I got in without a 3.7 GPA Club,” and “colleges for the Jewish B student”. If you can work hard and get a few more A’s in the next couple of years it will really help you in terms of getting into your top choices.
Given that you have solld B’s, how well do you expect to do in AP classes? How many AP classes are you planning on taking next year?
AP classes are going to be significantly more difficult, particularly more work, than honors classes. I assume that you have already noticed this with AP world history.
You need to keep ahead of your work, pay attention in class, do your homework as early as possible (preferably close to when it is assigned, not when it is due). You will get into some universities, but you can help yourself a lot if you start pulling your grades up a bit.
Math is particularly an area where what you learn today is based on what you learned yesterday, and what you learn tomorrow will be based on what you learn today. If you can catch up and get ahead a bit on your math classes this will help down the road.
