Ok, how badly did I mess up?

I just went to meet with an admissions officer yesterday, not really as a formal interview, but just kinda to get a feel for the school and get my face out there. Before the interview, I was asked to fill out a sheet that asked for my extracurricular activities and academic interests.

Problem 1: For some odd, odd reason, I only filled in 2 of my EC's. I think my reasoning at the time was because I wanted to keep them on the lines provided. I was writing with complete sentences, btw.

Problem 2: When in the actual interview, I babbled on and on about 3 EC's that I didn't mention on the sheet. AT ALL.

Question(s): How bad does this look? Should I try to send an email to explain any confusion and hopefully get the chance to talk about them? Or should I just not worry about it, since it wasnt a real interview?

Thanks for the help!

It might look kind of weird but it's not that bad. Definitely send an email, but don't for one moment think you shouldn't worry about it. Adcoms will start to build their impression of you with any contact they have. If your EC's suddenly fill up between this interview and the next, they're going to have a hard time believing you.
