Old v. New SAT

I know that when you average each section of the new SAT you get that a 1950=1300, 2100=1400, 2250=1500, etc . . . but I don't believe that those numbers are interchangable. Because the test is longer, I think that scores are lower on the new than the old. My thoughts are that a 1900=1300, a 2070=1400, a 2200=1500, a 2300=1550, and a 2360+=1600. What do you think?

The new one is a lot harder because the essay counts 30% of your writing component. This is my guess.

This test unfairly place some asians and other minority groups at a disadvantage because the English is 2/3 of the test with Math being only 1/3 of it as oppose to the old test with just M & E, 50/50.

Who knows? I heard from one school I asked about the new SAT that they're not even looking at the essay score. They only care about the math and verbal and won't pay any attention to the new section until it's been around longer. I wonder if other schools are doing that too!!

i think the new SAT is easier... but, i dont like analogies..

I am SO glad I never had to take the old SAT with analogies! Yuck yuck yuck.
