<p>My father is away 2/3 of the year. I take care of my brother a lot– cooking, driving him to sports, homework, etc. I'm basically a secondary (or I guess primary) father figure. Should I put this an activity or put a more academic thing in?</p>

<p>it’s not an EC but it definitely should be mentioned as the “activity” that takes most of your time, under the heading “primary caretaker for younger sibling” then explain that your father is away for 2/3 time so you’re in charge of parenting him, cooking, etc (Where’s your mother though? Or are you saying that you help your mother with your brother? Because that’s totally different. In addition, is your brother just young or does he have a disability that explains why he needs you as a caretaker?)</p>
