Olympics!

I've just been watching a mix of everything for the most part. Beach volleyball, gym volleyball, cycling, rowing, swimming, and badmitton and air rifle last night.

Watching the Germany vs. Angola game right now. This is definitely the "basketball" olympics. USA vs. China tomorrow morning is probably going to be the most watched basketball game ever.

China is the greatest host noation in recent years. Hardly any empty seats like in Athens and Sidney.

guys it all about fencing yea fencing

phelps, period

basketball and soccer and maybe a little bit or track

My friend starts like...drooling and spazzing whenever she sees Michael Phelps. She promises me that she's going to see every swimming meet.

I like the winter sports more. But, the gymnastics, fencing and diving are enjoyable to watch!

^^Waaaah I was a fan of Phelps even before he became so popular, ever since 6 years ago!!

I'm so happy that swimming has actually become popular!!

And I agree, gymnastics is always fun to watch.

I haven't watched any of it yet... which is probably horrible, since my school has like 20 athletes who are competing from countries around the world. I should probably support them (most are in swimming, since we have like the national championship in swimming like 7 years in a row). I'm not a huge fan of watching sports on tv, plus I can't get NBC on my tv in my bedroom (I have satellite and the local channels don't come in). I caught some soccer on MSNBC but it wasn't US and it was 88th minute so I wasn't really interested. Oh, and some rowing on USA channel earlier, which is quite possibly one of the most boring sports ever.

I loooooovveeee the olympics. I have major Olympic fever :D Especially gymnastics, swimming, track, diving, basketball, oh heck, I love it all! I watched it for 4 hours straight today. Then tomorrow morning, getting up at 9am to watch the basketball game against China. GO USA!!! haha

football....or soccer should I say........Brazil to show some footballing magic with ronaldinho and anderson

USA: 101
China: 70

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyuuuuuuummmm

Taekwondo for sure (although NBC decided not to televise it at all, from what I've found so far?!). Maybe gymnastics and/or swimming too.

phonyreal, is that a medal count or something else?

I'm watching Michael Phelps at 7 tonight, and right now it's aaron piersol for the backstroke. I saw the basketball game, where the US p8wned China. xD

I have to say, a lot of chinese swimmers are coming out of nowhere and finishing really strong!

"phonyreal, is that a medal count or something else?"

"I saw the basketball game, where the US p8wned China. xD"

Seriously?

^ Yup, the US team torched 'em, although it was close early on. I didn't like the way they played, though.

In related Olympics news: women's gymnastics is the truth.

Seriously?

Yes, seriously. I wasn't really looking at the score, and I left to do something and I came back and the US had won. :P

Woohoo Michael Phelps is swimming in like 10 minutes....

I'm gonna be forced to watch women's gymnastics, seeing as my sister is a level 10 competitive gymnast herself. Oh well, it's the freaking olympics! lol

Usa Usa Usa Usa

Of course US dominates China. Our players are from the NBA, the place all basketball players around the world hope to end up in their wildest dreams.

I think swimming is really fun.

Men's 4x100m Freestyle for Phelps 2nd gold was AMAZING!!
