OMG Got in! Sooo late~~!

Hello everyone, I got in as International Freshmen (Buisness major)!

I got $6k scholarship too! Woohoo!!

The only problem is that All of my other schools’ deadline was May 1st so I have notified one of them that i will attend the school (which is Texas A&M College Station)…

This scholarship + OSU’s reputation is fantastic :)

hELP ME GUYS,

how’s weather at OSU? Especially in the winter… Believe it or not Weather is main factor in choosing college for me …lol ( I am serioush though…)

FIY, I live in New Hampshire(Near Massachusettes and NY)

Congrats, and welcome to the Buckeye community!

The weather in Ohio is... Well it's not going to be like Texas. Ohio gets the full effect of all four seasons: Summers can get pretty hot (break 100 only from time to time, so not as bad as other places) and winters can get pretty cold (every now and then we get a boatload of snow). And of course, in Fall and Spring things get real freaky changing on a daily basis.
A lot of the time though it's mild, and I'd say pretty nice.

Also, FYI: If you have a facebook, there's an Ohio State Class of 2012 group floating around that's great for meeting people.

Anything else we can help you with?

The Speaker has it down. OSU very much experiences each season. I found Fall and Spring beautiful: often hot but almost never humid and usually breezy. Winter was a lot of snow/rain and cold, though we had fun in the snow.

This was an unusually snowy winter in Columbus.

I am from Northern Minnesota (frigid) and currently living in Cleveland (cold). I definitely consider Columbus winters to be mild!

Thanks for the info guys,

It's hard for me to find out the weather of OHIO back here
