Omg Gotta Read This!!!!

ok sorry ^^^ was just to get attention.

anyway, i have a financial aid dilemma.

i am applying from houston as an international applicant, however my permanent residence card could come any day. for rice, we filled out the fin aid for int'l applicant and sent it in, and for stanford too. our total home income is around $160k and we don't have any houses in the U.S. (although we have two in other countries). i was just wondering if you recommend me to submit the C.S.S./Profile thing that college board has to stanford, rice, and cornell (although i doubt we qualify for ANY aid whatsoever). so should we waste time and money (heard it takes a long while) to fill out the css profile? and also, since int'l applicants have to disclose their financial status, do you recommend putting that we can pay everything (cuz i heard for int'l its NOT need-blind, in fact they prefer applicants who can pay)? if yes than i would need a TON of scholarships...

thanks a lot guys : peace : happy new year :D

unfortunately the truth i once you get into the six figures you are screwed no fin aid for you, so why worry about it when you can actually afford college

I dislike the "attention-grabber" titles even on myspace, and I'm not going to tolerate that here. Next time, just put the real subject in the title.

All other things equal, I'd think your expected family contribution to be upwards of $50,000.00 a year. There are calculators on line.
