Omg We Have Snow Day Tomorrow

I don't have school tomorrow...

...simply because it's a teacher's inservice.

Nicely placed on the day AFTER Super Bowl Sunday, huh??

Seniors don't have to make up snowdays at my school. Guess how many snowdays we've gotten this year? Zippo. Yeah, I'd like to exercise my senior privilege sometime this year, please.

Anyway, how do you know you have a snowday the night before? We always find out in the morning.

we don't have a snowday here in PA

we do have a 2 hrs delay b/c of the wind chill :)

Rofl, I can't believe it...now school due to weather. Because it's "too cold". Quite ironic considering I just posted yesterday about how we never get snow days...lol. Which is true too, I mean, hell we had school after like 6 inches of snow, and then school again durign an ice storm. But then we get off school cause its' "too cold"?? ***. so confuzed :(

And I live in Northville, MI. It's slightly west of detroit, and about 20 minutes from Ann Arbor

Actually, I don't think it was really a snow day, since it didn't snow last night. It's more of a "cold" day.

wow. too bad we dont get snow days in california. its been unusually warm here for the past couple days. there isnt even snow in the mountains by Lake Tahoe whcih is really weird. so you cant really go skiing

Grrrrrrrr....everyone is complaining that it's ten degrees, but I'm not cold at all. I used to live in Bloomfield Hills, MI (also near Detroit) and it was usually chilly. Though I don't think we ever got a "cold" day. That's just weird...

YES!!!! I beat you all. It's ten below outside right now, and I am not at school :)

This is crazy - there are schools in my area that are already closed for tomorrow.

there's a TON of michigan/detroit people here! i'm from livonia :)

and we have no school tomorrow because of the cold, though we did have to go today. i'm excited :D

Snow days are wonderful! We've had 2.5 so far this year (school was cancelled halfway today) ... it makes me forgive the weather because we haven't had any snow days for the past 2 years. 8D

we had a week off in october because of a snow storm and now we're on day two of snow days. it's sweet, but there we won't have any spring break at all.

Wow, why so many Michigan people here...I'm from Rochester Hills...

This is our 2nd day off of school because its ****ing -25 below zero outside with the windchill.

Seriously, I spit on the sidewalk...and it froze...

I go to the school where all the ***ane asylum people get sent to instead of the insane asylum..i love some of them and i hate many of them...
they think all these slow short bus kids who act all cuckoo will freeze to death and usually they will give us a day off but nooo..we could have .5" of snow and we would have off...my school is on the north shore of long island and my old house is on the south shore..and the south shore is warmer one time we had rain where my old house was and snow at my school and we had no school put this in ur mind: Distance between my school and my old house: 30 minute drive

Haha. I'm another from Michigan. :) Two days off rocks. I haven't had a snow day in two years, so yeah, this is exciting. UCS didn't announce about today until like, 11:30 last night, even though almost everywhere else (including districts that I actually live CLOSER to) canceled by ten.

my school once had a fog/rain day.

I lived most of my life in Michigan -> Farmington Hills! :)

How was your snow day, shravas?

Hey, I used to live in Farminginton Hills! We had two cold days this week. It's niiiiceee.

The first one was pretty cool, since it was kind of unexpected and stuff, but the second one sucked a lot, since I missed the AMC.

I even made a facebook group about it.

OK, this is crazy - three snow days in a row.
