Greetings:
The info my son needs to add to the Candidate Remarks part of the "Other Activities" section will not fit even with his small handwriting. Can he make note in this area, "See attached," and then staple a one-page attachment? Thanks for your help.

I am not sure if you are referring to the admissions form- if you are, our son stated "See attached athletic CV" and "see attached activity cv" to those sections of the forms, and attached accordingly. As the CVs themselves were a bit long, a coach suggested he include a very brief "summary page" that combined the major points of each, which de did....in this regard, the CV itself provided any additional detail that might be needed. I don't know how long each "application" actually gets looked at, but I appreciated the suggestion we received and it seems to make it a quick-read with info readily avaliable and summarized, rather than have someone ferrit it out- thought I would pass the suggestion along!

yes, have an attachment. my son also did a curriculum vitae or resume and included with his application - included his activities, athletics, travel, jobs, awards, honors, etc.

don't staple! EVER! They are scantrons. Just use paperclips and make-sure it is titled and has the name and SSN on it.

We also did a curriculum vita with headings as Chief6's did, and then bulleted points with specifics. It was not written out, but made it very easy for anyone to just skim and get the "highlights" of the accomplishments.

There is a blank page in the application especially for this purpose. We used that to make an itemized list (just to make it official) and then attached a one page more detailed list (CV?) - but no staples of course. As far as I know this worked out fine.

on a side note, for the writing sample, my writing doesnt fit, am I allowed to go on to another sheet, and record the my ssn, name and the question number?

hmmm..in the instruction booklet sent with the applicaiton papers, it said to only use the other sheet to list your activities if your in college. I just listed my activities really small in the remarks section.

Well..in any case we used it and our admin person said all was well.
