On the right track? Advice on essay needed

This essay is completely rough draft, I've just been thinking about the "topic of my choice" essay for awhile and I want to know if I'm on the right track basically. I don't have strong SAT scores (honestly mine are bad, I'd love a 1900...enough said) so I'm relying on my essays to give me the push I need.

I just want to know if the topic is good and if it gives colleges the right idea. No class of 2008 people, obviously. I know that a lot of people on here have a lot of experience of the admission process and about college essays, so it'd be really great to read a critique of something I've written.

So please EMAIL ADDRESSES of people who seriously know what they are doing...I'll be checking stats profiles/number of posts/etc. just to be sure I'm getting credible information...then I'll email you the essay!

Um what's the essay topic?

well I used to make personal to-do lists last year and the essay is basically about how things got too complicated, trying to "organize" my life...it's probably stupid lol but it's just an idea.

hmm... at least it doesn't sound too cliche............it really depends on how you portray it. avoid corny-ness.

yeah I tried to be creative, and that's pretty difficult for me lol. anyone else??

send it... this one actually sounds like it could be good if done properly. I need some essay practice before college next year (I used to edit as though my life depended on it).

PM it or I can give you my e-mail-- whatever works for you

I'll read if you'd like. I'm going away soon, though.... so maybe you should send it to me after I get back, haha. otherwise i might forget or something. Unless you can send it before tonight or something. hehe.

okay I sent PM's :)

bump* anyone else? Anything is appreciated

yeah, I'd like to take a look

I would love to take a look~ PM me
