<p>they will send them out in batches throughout the day they do it to avoid system crash. last year it was the 16th. i’d assume it’ be around there. one must take into consideration christmas break as well… they will want all decisions and phone calls to be done by then.</p>
<p>So I applied somewhere else ED and will probably get my decision around the 11th. I know that if I get into that school ED, I’m supposed to withdraw all other applications. If I hear from that school on the 11th or 12th, and expect to hear from Michigan around the 16th, do I really need to withdraw my application? I’m kindof curious to see if I’ll get into UM…I know that’s wrong…but wouldn’t my decision be pretty much finalized by the 11th anyway? So would it make a difference? If my withdrawl makes the difference in someone else’s acceptance, of course I’ll withdraw, but will it?</p>
<p>At any rate, chances of getting into my ED school=slim to none, so might not even be a problem…</p>
<p>You all will have a few days notice that the EA decisions are coming out. They will send out an email informing you to check your spam settings or something of that nature to assure that you receive their email.</p>
