So I remember when I got my Summer call from Yale. I was tired and in bed.
I picked up and she said she was from Yale. I froze! It was not a good experience.

Now did anyone else get this call? I know many of you did. What happened?

I'm sorry, but what the heck are you talking about??

Dude, what?

Huh what?

Yeah. What?

" Just got a call from Yale and I ----ed in my pants!"

Did that happen?

To what did the call pertain...?

I'm very confused.

Have you read his past posts? This guy's a lunatic.

Okay, this question is only for seniors

bluewhitebulldog,

It is way too late in the application process to try to “psych out” the competition.

The applications are in, the mid-years reported, the interviews done. Everything rests with the Adcom. The things that can effect the decisions that can be done by students have already been done. In a sense, and certainly from a students’s perspective, the process is over. You have already succeeded or failed. Perhaps you have already been accepted EA.

Are you hoping to drive “to be admitted” students into despondancy so they will crash and get resinded?

^ Senior members? Seniors in highschool?

I mean, regardless, your original post completely lost me. Was it an interview call?

Okay, i was talking about seniors in high school. I absolutely do not want to psych my competition at all.

The question was directed to those who got a call from Yale the summer before their senior year. Someone calls and tells you that “I am here to answer questions…”

Am I alone? It is like any other school called you and asked if you had any questions.
Maybe, you never put your number on the card that you fill out when you visit. That may be why you do not understand what I was saying.

It was not an interview call.

^ I live in PA…I’ve never visited. (Nor did I get such a call)

Yeah, I mean, if you put your number on a thing at an information session/visit, they probably just called for information purposes.

Did you freak out and hang up? Did the person offer answers to questions you had?

I think you should have maybe clarified that a bit in your original post, bluewhite.

A LOT of confusion would have been avoided…

Eleven posts worth of confusion.

This is a great song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NefEu2knPyk&feature=related

Also, (listen to the song first); try and guess the native language of the singer!
It’s not English! (Which makes her voice/accent in this all the more awesome!)

I am sorry I did not clarify.
I freaked out. I was sleeping, and I did not even recognize the number.
It was a total waste. I asked her like 4 questions and that was it.
It was really bad, and I wanted to know if anyone shared this with me, or not.

Once again, I am sorry. Sometimes I make sense and sometimes I do not; I always assume readers know what I am talking about. Bad.

DOUBLE POSTER ladies and gentlemen

What happens to collegehopefull?
