Just thought I would post, in case people were worried or concerned.

Really, the online form was a peace of cake. Also, it knows you are a homeschooled parent, and will say things like "If you are homeschooling, then..." in the instructions for each section.

I did have one small problem. I typed in a text field and then the form crashed when i tried to submit it. I had to rewrite the section. After that I cut and pasted anything like that, but never had the problem again.

First I had to do the school form. I could also create a letter for my D, which gave her a username/password to create her own account. Then I could input her info on classes (you do not supply a transcript to NMSC, it is all reported on the form.)

There is a weird thing where you specify the most difficult class in each subject area(dont get too torn up on which class is more difficult.) Then you have to choice of entering all classes your 'school' offers. This step is optional for HSers. When you doing the student area you have to list all classes, if you did not do it in the previous step you do it now. So, 6 of one... Since we homeschool, the classes offered exactly match the classes they take.

When we both completed our parts of the form, we could submit it. Then it went to the specified recommender. I sent her email asking her to confirm she got it. I got an email back a couple of hours later confirming she did (I assume it got to her sooner, but she wasn't online).

The recommender got onto it quickly and submitted it last night. She also thought it went smoothly and was easier than the paper copy of previous years.

BTW, the recommender could see the entire form, as she could when it was hard copy.
