only 15 days?

I am a candidate for c/o 2012 and I only recently (last month) opened my online file with the Academy. My BGO told me that I would be notified by DoDMERB when 50% of my file was complete. I just got 50% complete last week, but to my dismay the letter I recieved from DoDMERB (well actually Concorde Inc.) said that I was sent a letter 50 days before (which would have been late June early July) and that since I ignored it, I now only have 15 days to schedule my exams.

But wait, it gets more complicated. I am a US citizen living abroad (Cambodia to be exact) and though I was back in Colorado for the summer, I am now back here for my senior year of school, and the two places they want me to take my exam at before the end of the month are in Colorado. I've sent a flurry of emails all over the place, to DoDMERB and COncorde, and my BGO but being the weekend probablly wont hear back until Monday...

So anyone ever heard of this happening? Or explain why DoDMERB says I submitted an application or whatever in June when I never contacted them. Oh, and I never recieved the letter they referred to either.

Thanks for any input.

Hang tight until Monday-
if you do not hear anything back by then, contact your BGO- he may know someone to put you in contact with to work this out. If not, ask him to put you in contact with your regional director.....wether it falls under colorado or if there is someone that oversees those out of the country. Your BGO should be able to help you. Last resort, call the USNA Admissions department.

Alright, thanks 2010

You can also call Concorde directly by phone.--the number should be on your paperwork.
