Only 5% out of state?

<p>I was looking at USNews website and they listed that only 5% of freshman are from out of state. That is really low. I’m from Hawaii and thought that was peculiar. Is there a reason for this?</p>

<p>5% probably makes up california alone. 10% are international. i'm not sure what the rest of the break down is but 5% seems high even for in state. RI is really small.</p>
