I'm trying not to stress, as I'm lucky enough to already be in grad school for next year and have a decent grade in this class going into the problem, but am unsure how to address this, so I thought I'd reach out for any advice you guys have.
I'm a senior in the midst of my finals-- albeit over Zoom--, and, yesterday, I submitted one of my two major papers for this year. Today, I opened the document of that paper back up to show to my parents, who wanted to read my "last school paper ever" (lol),...only to discover a misspelling in the thesis statement.
I somehow wrote "unconcextualed" instead of "uncontextualized". The rest of the paper is great (if I can say so myself), and I just went through it intently to ensure there weren't any other typos. There aren't, thank god. The thing is, I went over the whole paper twice before turning it in! How the heck did I not notice "unconcextualed" before!?
Should I reach out to my professor with a corrected version?
