<p>I'm very stuck on what the collegeboard NPC said:</p>

<p>Total COA: 36k
Pell:5k
Institution/State Grants: 18k
Loans:5.5k</p>

<p>New Total: 7k</p>

<p>Everyone is telling me that 18k is impossible to get as a need base OOS student</p>

<p>so is collegeboard bsing me?</p>

<p>and how can I speed up gaining instate residency besides getting a license and summer job after HS graduation?</p>

<p>Unless they’re aid program has changed in the past couple of years, NC State met the full need of my OOS niece. The I online calculator was right on target for her situation.</p>
