<p>Hey all, are there any merit-based scholarships for OOS students valued at more than 10k/year? I read about the Stamps Scholarship which seems to be a full ride, but there's little info about it on the website, and the Honors College hasn't responded to my inquiry about this. Thanks so much!</p>
<p>As far as we were able to tell, very few scholarship opportunities for OOS students. VT was actually the only school that offered no scholarship money at all–even as an honors student. (Had a few full rides elsewhere.) This was two years ago; things may have changed. Good luck!</p>
<p>OOS scholarships for merit are very rare. My daughter got a huge scholarship from JMU but not a Penney from VT. </p>
