Open-minded kids at conn?

<p>i heard people at conn are liberal </p>

<p>but most kids there are waspy new englanders so i'm a little worried</p>

<p>as an african american male and a homosexual, will i face problems there?</p>

<p>i am not flamboyant or very obviously gay, people are shocked when they find that out about me. but still is conn a place where that'll be ok? i'm a really social/friendly person who likes to party as much as the next high school kid. </p>

<p>im not looking to find a bunch of gay people, just groups that accept gay people</p>

<p>I visited in October and my tour guide was a gay black dude. We kept running into friends of his all over campus during the tour. He seemed to fit in fine. I don’t think they care if your a gay black person at Conn.</p>
