<p>Is it really that lame of an idea? We've never had one before. I thought it would be a cool idea.
Whenever I bring it up though, it's a subject of ridicule.
We already have some teams for the AMC so I'm not sure if there's any point.</p>
<p>I joined Mu Alpha Theta my freshmen year and stayed for my entire HS life. Even though my school didn’t have the strongest teams in the district, I made plenty of friendships in that club.</p>
<p>Are you close with a math teacher or administrator? Talk to them about it. They might at least be familiar with it.</p>
