do i have chances of getting into columbia, cornell, upenn for ED?
if not, please suggest other schools for me.

always, thanks mucho mucho mucho!
:)

Assuming you have 2250+, you have a shot at all three of your dream schools, but they are still reaches because of the intense competition. Your activity on teaching blind kids is a good one, particularly you’ve done it for two years now. Good for you.

I would also suggest University of Chicago and MIT as good reaches for you. Be sure to add match/safety schools to your mix.

On the first glance your resume doesn’t have anything spectacular, especially with the lack of awards and “incredible” achievements. But what does stand out as something only very few students do each year are the number of languages you speak fluently (now, that could be questioned as you exaggerating unless you back that up with test scores like SAT II’s), and your seemingly passion of working with kids. I’d recommend keep teaching blind kids in your senior year, otherwise it looks like you only did it to put it on your college resume (and yes, the admission officials WILL see that).

Keep in mind, your resume does not scream ENGINEERING or MATH type of student. Your grades in math and science are nowhere near spectacular compared to your grades in foreign language, so your intended major could play a big time role, ESPECIALLY at Cornell.

I’ll rank the schools from toughest for you to get into to easier one.
UPenn, Columbia, Cornell.
