Optional Resume?

<p>On the CommonApp supplement part for Smith, it says "Applicants may upload a resume", but it is not required. </p>

<p>Honestly, I feel like uploading a resume seems a bit redundant. Everything I could want to say about myself is already included in my application. I don't want to just list off EC's/awards/personal qualities that already come through in my application. Is it bad if I don't upload one?</p>

<p>If you feel like it might be redundant, then you can choose not to upload a resume. If there are EC’s/awards, etc that you have not mentioned in your Common App but would still like Smith to consider, then resume would be a good way to do it. If you feel like the resume won’t have much of a use then don’t submit. It’s your choice I guess.</p>
