<p>Which is better in terms of transferring to UCI or UCLA? I signed up for an engineering major and want to take part of the honors programs as well. Which school has better programs/classes/professors in engineering, which has the better social life/events, and which has the better transfer success rate?</p>
<p>for UCI you could use a TAG if that major is applicable at UCI then it wouldnt really matter what JC you went to. But if you can always check on rate my professor to see the college rating.</p>
