Ordering book II

ill be at the august 31 orientation and is it realistic to order books online after i get through the registration from orientation? will it be too late? thanks

If you order on-line it usually takes about 2-3 weeks before recieving your books (this goes for half.com, amazon, etc since they use "media mail") which wouldnt make sense come aug 31st. You can order on-line using express shipping, but it costs more. Since this is so close to when school starts, you would have to buy atleast the books you will need for the first 2-3 weeks of class from B&N, then when you get the book lists from your professor after classes start, look into buying the rest of them online, this will give you time.

Finally, if you have any novels on your lists that are $1-10, the prices you find online are usually comparable to buying them at B&N (after your include shipping) so it may be more realistic to just save the hassle and buy the cheaper ones at the bookstore and the more expensive books online.
