Versii, you should easily be able to get at least a 4 on the Calc AB exam if you know calc.

I’m debating whether to take MA 121 or MA 123. I mean I’m okay at math if you use the SAT I, SAT II, and AMC (except for this year’s lol - score of 48 ftw!) as barometers for mathematical aptitude (I’d argue that all of them (besides the AMC) are not…), but I got an 83% in Calc (a freakin C in my HS). So, yea, I’m kinda nervous that I’m going to completely bomb calc 1 if I take it since there are going to be people who are very good at calc while I’m…not.

On the contrary, there are going to be a lot of people who suck real bad at calc, since it’s almost everybody’s requirement. The average on midterms in my MA 123 class was like 63 and that was curved up to a B or B+ even… so yeah.

I have a program at my high school where I take classes for college credit at my local community college. I have already completed accounting I, college composition(first year English I believe), chem I, and will be getting chem II and cal I credit at the end of this school year. I am in SMG so they probably won’t take the accounting, but what about the cal, chem, and eng credits?

If they applied it, what classes would i have to take my first year? since i won’t be taking math or eng…

Also, where do we stay for orientation anyway? i know we have to pay for it but do we just stay in hotels? dorms? random rooms?

You stay in Rich (one of the West halls). You get a random roommate in a double.

SMG won’t give you credit for the accounting, but you’ll most likely get Calc I credit, English will count as Level A Humanities, Chem I will be a Level A Natural Science, Chem II will be a CAS Level B. So your 1st semester you’ll be taking Microeconomics, WR 100 (slim chance that your English credit will place you out of this, but I doubt it), SM 121 and one more class of your choice, most likely something in CAS.
