Orientation help..

im trying to sign up for the July 13-14 orientation and ive got a few questions

first, is there like an unsaid deadline for me to sign up so im not stuck getting a late august orienation when all the classes are already taken. july 13-14 is the only other time i would be able to go down

im also trying to take the ALEKS math test and it keeps saying i have to close all windows to take it and i just want to get to the test portion and im having a hard time finding it

i took three years of spanish and it said i dont need to take the language test if you have already done this. i havent opened it yet but how do i let them know i dont have to take the test

thanks a bunch

I don’t know much about the deadline. But from my freshmen year, you don’t have to worry about classes filling up on August orientation. They take the open spots and split them among the orientations. It does not matter which one you go to.

close all your other windows follow the steps on the ALEKS site. at the end it will exit you out. Go back into the Aleks site after you have done all the steps the first time and it will let you take the test! The ALEKS site is only for math. The school has your transcript and is ware of your Spanish classes. There is a Spanish placement test found elsewhere if you want to continue spanish. Look on the orientation page! :)
