This has probably been brought up on CC...somehow, somewhere, but I'm rather just ask the question directly:

Other than "The Real ACT", what are some other books that are good for the ACT; that is, the book which will have the best effect in raising your score in a small amount of time (I'm taking the ACT Sept and Oct (if need be)). Thanks a lot.

Barrons - Although the tests are harder than the real thing, the comprehensive review of English Grammar and Mathematics makes it a worthwhile book to get.

On another note, can anyone recommend a strategy for reading the passages on the reading section; I kinda fall asleep/loose my focus during the test because a) I find it boring b) I can't understand it (nothing a little studying can't do, eh?) c) I get a bit nervous since there's a lot to read in such short time (for me at least). Thanks again!
