I checked out Alabama’s website for the scholarships and was wondering if 2019-2020 means the scholarships will be the same for fall 2020 applicants or if they might change them again?
They might change them again.
We never know what the following year’s scholarships will be until shortly before that application opens.
It changes every year. Sometimes its bad news (e.g., for 2018-19, the ACT cutoff for Presidential was raised from 32 to 33). Sometimes it’s good news (e.g., for 2019-20, the cutoff was lowered back to 32 and the amount increased by $1,000 per year).
