University of Alabama's Out of State Scholarships for the 2017-2018 School Year

I am currently a rising senior, with UA as my number one pick. I have a 3.98 unweighted GPA so I know that I am safe there, however, I have an ACT composite of 30. I know Alabama is an amazing school (my brother and cousin both go there) and I am able to go if I get 2/3 tuition, but I am a little nervous about possible changes to the out-of-state scholarships. I am planning on taking the ACT again in September to see if I could possibly raise my score a couple points, but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts about possible changes to out-of-state scholarships and what the changes might be for the 2017-2018 school year. Any info would be great! Roll Tide!

There was some discussion over here http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-alabama/1900877-presidential-scholarship.html#latest

“Scholarships for the 2017-2018 academic year are pending review and approval by the administration but we are expecting some changes. It is possible that we will not have final approval until mid-July.”

Our family is waiting to see if there are any changes too, but it sounds like we shouldn’t have to wait too much longer.

Thank you for the info!

@Wisconsinite99 Also take the SAT, you may do better on that. You can take the SAT and ACT all the way up to Dec.
