Out-of-State Rec

I want to get a reccomendation from my old English teacher who was amazing, but she moved out of my state last year. I know when you ask for reccomendations, it's polite (and necessary) to give them a stamped envelopes with the addresses of the Universities I want to apply to on them, but how can I do that if she lives out of state? Should I just not ask her for the reccomendation?

I know this is a stupid question, but I'm really at a loss of what to do.

Take all the envelopes and put it in a bigger envelope and mail it to her. Or have her do it online through the common app. Ask her what she prefers.

Okay then, thank you very much!
