Out of State Transferring Q's?

Just wondering, can't seem to find a topic on this or anything but,

1.What are the chances of transferring to UW from an out of state community college (California in my case)? Is it highly unlikely or is it fair/decent or do a lot of people do this?

Also not sure because the UW site says you need 40 minimum credits in one place and 45 in another, how many credits should I have minimum? And if I have at least 45 credits, can I apply to be a Sophomore, or do I have to wait until I'm a Junior with 90 credits?

Because I'm an out of state transfer, I'm having trouble finding the required courses needed to transfer, does anyone know where would I could get this information?

What do they look at most(GPA, Essay?), I heard they still look at SAT/ACT, highschool grades as a transfer student?

Thanks in advance, would really appreciate any help please!! :)

I’d post this in the UW part of the forum. :)

Oh I could’ve sworn this was it, no? Sorry new to the site :(

For some reason I thought this was in the CC section. My bad! You’re good. :)
